Others:When nervous or deep in thought, Seikai has a habit of tapping his foot. The repetitive tapping seems to put him at ease, though the sound usually annoys others who happen to be nearby. He likes to carry around a blunted katana, which is actually has deep sentimental value to him, as it was the last birthday gift he received from his sister before her death. He wears a medallion given to him by his father that also bears a fox insignia.

Personality:
Due to being raised around complex machinery and various aspects of the merchant world, Seikai has become quite observant of his surroundings. His observational prowess is so impressive that he is easily able to describe back anything he has seen even if for a brief second.

After getting to know someone, he becomes a bit of a prankster. His favorite types of pranks are those that involve great deals of humiliation to their victims. Unfortunately for Seikai, and fortunately for his intended targets, Seikai usually over-thinks his pranks. This results in the pranks backfiring a majority of the time.

He has a cold, almost merciless attitude during battle. Seikai will often take repeated blows from an opponent without relaliation. Seikai is actually attempting to force an opponent to exhaust their magic before delivering his own brutal counterattack. If he begins to really enjoy a fight, he will develop a sadistic interest in his opponent. An intense bloodlust emerges that usually doesn't fade until either he or his opponent has been defeated. During this feral state, Seikai is barely capable of distinguishing friend from foe and lashes out at anyone who is within his sight.

He becomes frustratingly carefree when he's at rest, often times completely disregarding the people around him. This carefree attitude often resulted in him being scolded by Mitsuki, though eventually she simply dismissed it as an unfortunate inheritance from their father. This "devil may care" attitude often also got him berated by Saxum during his training, although the ancient dragon was less inclined to dismiss it. If Seikai was found lazing around during their training, Saxum increased the intensity of his training. The punishment was usually twofold, however, as Saxum would usually angrily pummel Seikai for slacking off.

When eating, he usually stuffs himself in a way that is both admirable and a bit disgusting, usually passing out in a lazy stupor soon after. Regardless of how deep his slumber may be, Seikai can easily be awakened by even the slightest noise. During his frequent bouts of drinking, his personality becomes almost completely the polar opposite of his normal observant and quiet self. He becomes a drunken goofball and effectively the "life of the party"....even when there isn't a party and most often at inopportune times. A prime example of this normally uncharacteristic behavior is an incident during a banquet to establish trade relations with other weapon companies. As Mitsuki spoke on behalf of their family's company, Seikai and their father took it upon themselves to challenge each other to a drinking game. After dozens of emptied bottles and several boisterous rants from the two, Mitsuki watched in stunned embarrassment as Seikai and their father proceeded to drunkenly dance and sing around the crowded ballroom.

Moments later, their father collapsed drunkenly to the floor and passed into an inebriated sleep. Seikai, however, continued to dance and sing around the room. He even went so far as to attempt to include several of the distinguished guests into his drunken dancing. Despite Mitsuki's protests and attempts to advise him otherwise, Seikai eventually turned his impaired sights on the daughter of the local Merchant Guild's leader. Twirling and bounding about the room, as the musical number ended Seikai did the unthinkable and locked lips with the leader's daughter, much to her surprise. The rest of the night is a blur in Seikai's own memory, but according to an explanation from his father and confirmed by Mitsuki, both the guild leader and his daughter found their time at the banquet enjoyable. Furthermore, thanks to Seikai's actions, the guild leader agreed to including the Ishida weapon company into the merchant guild. Also, much to Seikai's chagrin, he learned that he had proposed to the leader's daughter and that she had accepted.
Likes:
Books- Seikai enjoys reading complex machinery manuals to further his already impressive knowledge of machines. When he is not reading a particular manual, he enjoys reading mystery novels, ancient stories, and mythology.
Practical jokes- Once Seikai has become familiar with a person, he sets them in his crosshairs for a practical joke. This usually involves some sort of embarrassing scenario or over the top antic. Most of the time his pranks backfire, resulting in comical injury to himself and making him the brunt of his own jokes.
Fights- Fighting is always a thing he enjoys to do. He believe that fighting will make him meet his dragon faster. He often enjoys to fight because he has nothing better to do and enjoys the rush and adrenaline from it.
Hot milk- Hot milk is his favourite drink, hot milk will ease his pain or however he feels, He usually falls to sleep to it too.
Clothes- he loves clothes mainly so he can rip and shred it up when he uses his magic.
Dislikes:
Immorality- Seikai was raised to have a strong sense of integrity and honor, which was further strengthened during his training with Saxum. If someone displays any kind of immoral or dishonest action in his presence, Seikai will usually berate the person responsible, regardless of who they are or their skill level.
Losing- Losing is always something that everyone hates. After losing Seikai feels bad. He is a sore loser and takes it to the heat , always wanting revenge after a loss.
Cheaters- If you can't win fair and square don't participate. Is one of the morales Seikai holds deep. It is mostly because he wants a fairy shot at winning. Though he is quite a hypocrite when it comes to this rule.
Wild Beast- Wild beast are things that Seikai hates. Wild beast always are smelly hairy, and disgusting. He believes they are barbaric and shouldn't really be near him.
Rape- Raping women is horrible to Seikai. He has always had respect for women and couldn't see a women being raped or physically abused without doing it. That is often why he tries to tema up with male more then women.
Motivations:
Seikairyuu is motivated by his friends and guild members. When he was a little kid, his parents were always busy and never liked him. They always ignored him and always to him to go away from the. When he joined some guilds he always liked how they stayed as a family and never left each other alone. His friends motivate him in battle and they are the only reason that he wants to live. They are keeping him alive and if he loses them, he will probably go insane, or lose his mind.
Fears:
He fears black cats the most. They are often said to have nine lives and have quite scary eyes. He is a big believer in superstitions and think that they will often lead to bad luck for 9 years. He fears that he will meet a black cat and be cursed forever. He also fears breaking a mirror, and dropping salt. These are just things that make him extremely scared and nervous. This may lead to a nervous breakdown on his part.
Spiders- As a young lad, Seikai was attacked by very large, very rare spider that had a unique ability to poison it's prey, the poison sent Seikai into shock and caused to him to hallucinate being covered in numerous amounts of flesh eating spiders, it went on in his mind for what felt like weeks but only lasted for a minute before he was saved by a wizard.

General Appearance:
Seikaits is fairly tall and has an athletic build. Due to the tropical climate of his home city, he has developed a slightly bronzed skin tone. His eyes are a deep crimson, the outer part of the iris is rimmed in jet black, while the inner part is a pale orange. Much like a feline, his pupils are slitted rather than rounded like most humans. When caught in the light or in deep darkness, they give off an almost haunting glow. His hair has a slightly unkempt look to it and it tends to hang down over his eyes, much to his dislike. He often times wears casual and low class clothing to hide the fact that he comes from nobility, believing that people would view him differently if they knew he were the son of a noble. His favorite outfit is a pair of loose fitting black pants that are fastened by buttons at around mid-shin level and a waist length black coat with an extended collar. The coat zips down to about mid-torso, though he tends to wear it unzipped down to his collarbone, thus exposing the black shirt beneath. Seikai is also accustomed to wearing lightweight black leather boots that reach a little past his ankles and a pair of black leather gloves. He is fairly attractive, though he is humble about it, rarely regarding himself as such and tends to deny it when it is brought to his attention.


History:
Childhood I
Liza Zero, Seikai's mother, had given birth to a beautiful boy who she and Issac Zero, Seikai's father, both named Seikai. When he was born, everybody was happy and everything was cheerful, until the day they learned about Seikai's disease. Seikai had a serious case of bone cancer in his right arm and to stop it from spreading, they had to amputate his arm. The mother and father were quite shocked to hear about this and even more shocked to hear about how much it cost. The cost was too large for them to pay so they had only one thing they could do, abandon him. He was 2 at this time and there was no one to help until one very lucky day. An old man, one of the richest people of Oak Town saw him in an orphanage. The old man was told that the young boy had cancer in his right arm and that he was going to die from it soon. So the old man adopted Seikai just so he could get Seikai his treatment. Once the treatment was done, Seikai was 3 years old and the old man had left him in the forest on purpose because he couldn't give him back to the orphanage.

Skyave II
When Seikai was 3, he had managed to wander out all the way to a mountainous area where he encountered a big, gray dragon covered in bits and pieces of iron and other types of metal. He was a friendly dragon who lowered his head down to Seikai's height and told him everything starting from dragons to Seikai being a dragon slayer, the dragon even told Seikai his name, Skyave. Once that was covered, Seikai still had no idea what a dragon slayer was but he still listened to thee dragon, I mean who wouldn't. So, at the age of 3, they began their official training and Seikai had a really hard time learning the moves. It had taken nearly to years to learn everything the dragon had taught him. But in those two years, Seikai discovered something rather unusual. An egg.

The Egg III
During the 2 years Seikai had spent with Skyave, Seikai discovered something quite large on day, while he was breaking down trees in the forest. The strange object was a very large egg. Seikai didn't know what was in the egg until he showed it to Skyave. Skyave told Shin that he had to love the egg and take good care of it which Seikai did. When Seikai was 4, the egg has hatched only to reveal a cute little cat. The cat was a blue colored with green eyes and a black whiskers. Seikai already had a name for the cat, Kitsune. The next following year, Tobi and Shin became like brothers and Skyave was like the father. They were one big happy family until the day of the disappearance.

Day of the missing dragon IV
When Seikai turned 5 on the day of his birthday, instead of a happy birthday. Seikai had gotten a horrible birthday. Skyave was gone missing and neither Seikai nor Kitsune could find him making them both lost. The following years past and Seikai and Kitsune were completely homeless with barely any food and money.When Seikai was 11, he saw an add in a newspaper that said there was going to be a contest and the winner would get 50,000 jewels and a home in Oak Town. Seikai entered the contest. The point of the contest was quite simple, all you had to do was eat 50 blueberry pies in 10 minutes. This was an easy win for Seikai since he hadn't eaten for almost a week. Once done, Seikai and Kitsune already know what to do with the money. First, Seikai bought himself a lot of clothes. Second, they both went to a restaurant to eat a buffet which seemed to fill them both up. Lastly, with the left over money, they bought them selves a rental house for only 30,00. jewel a month which was a great deal. Once they did all that, they were broke again but Seikai made a promise to himself, to get a job and help everyone out, just like people did for him.

Present Days V
Seikai was now 15 and Kitsune now 5 years old in human times. Seikai had recently quit his job because it was a pain in the ass and Seikai couldn't bother to continue to work there. One day, Seikai was walking down a street in Oak Town which led to a big castle with a sign which Seikai knew very well. The Phantom Lord Guild, the very guild that Seikai wanted to join his whole life. So he opened the big castle doors and went inside and he saw the master right in front of him and got kind of scared. The guild master asked Seikai who he was so he told the master that he was a dragon slayer. Everyone in the guild looked at the master and told him that he had to let him join since all the other guilds had dragon slayers already and they were the only guild without one. The master quickly pulled out a stamp and asked Seikai and Kitsune where they wanted it. Once that was done, Seikai and Kitsune were really happy that something good happened to all them all these years. The only thing left to do, was to start the adventure of a lifetime.

Seikai, your character registration is excellent, but you cannot have an exceed now, i mean, the cat... you can have it after the shop is opened, so remove it now, and magic council dont need a guild tattoo, remove that.
